Ultimate Control Solutions has an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Building Automation/HVAC salesperson within our Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to cultivate strategic relationships with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Mechanical Contractors, and energy consulting firms.
This is a commission-only position. Draw against earned commissions after 90 days of consecutive employment. We pay excellent commissions with the potential to earn between $150 and $200K annually. We do provide a cellular phone, laptop, and gas allowance.
Responsibilities
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development within the HVAC/Controls industry calling on property managers/building engineers.
Experience calling on and developing significant relationships with property managers, building engineers, mechanical contractors and consulting engineers.
Must possess market credibility and be customer-focused, passionate, dynamic, market-savvy, and ethical.
Must have good negotiation techniques and the ability to be persuasive.
Experience working within an account management firm or as an independent sales consultant desired.
Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Construction Sciences or Mechanical Engineering or can be substituted for prior sales experience.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to carry out professional presentations effortlessly.
Organizational skills allowing the proper prioritizing of work.
Excellent interpersonal skills to the extent considered to be a people person.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
