About the Job:
As a Non Volatile Memory (NVM) design engineer in LPRF your job will be to support our roadmap with development of low power NVM solutions spanning different sizes and technologies. The position specifically requires the analog design and development of arrays and charge pumps surrounding NVM bit cells.
Minimum Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field

years expericne in the following:
- Analog design
- Design of Flash banks and pumps
- Characterization of NVM subsystems
- Ability to manage multiple NVM development activities with minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate with design and SOC teams in multiple sites
- Ability to generate NVM development and test plans for technology qualification
Preferred qualification:
-Direct experience with TI's NVM developments in F027 and F021 technologies
