Minimum Requirements:
(1) Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
(2) 5
years experience power supply related system design: synchronous buck, boost DC-DC, or AC-DC converters.
(3) Fully understand the DC-DC power converter topologies and control architecture of voltage-mode, current mode and constant-on time control DC-DC converters.
(4) Strong power converter system/apps debug experiences, and solve customer problems
(5) Strong technical spec negotiation with internal and external customers and new product definition skills.
(6) Proven ability to develop business cases and ability to guide the team and product line for addressing technical challenges for defining innovative and cost effective products.
Additional Preferred
Qualifications:
(1) Drives and challenges the development organization and ensures alignment between Systems, Design and PE/Test
(2) Exhibits a strong field/customer orientation, establishing great working relationships that help maximizing the organization's ROI

About the job
In this system engineer role, you'll have the chance to:
(1) Actively engaging and interacting with strategic customers and exploring the business opportunities and developing business cases
(2) Develop battery charge management product strategy and new product roadmaps for achieving high reliable, low total solution cost.
(3) Negotiate system spec with customers and IC designers, driving the project schedule and execution.
(4) Developing the system engineering board and working on system/apps validation.
(5) Providing technical trainings to customers and FAEs, and giving technical presentations.
