Responsibilities
Manage the customer experience from start to finishit is all about the guests
Schedule employees to cover shifts and busy meal times while staying in budget
Bar management and portion control
Reporting, Ordering, Inventory
Ongoing training and development for yourself and team members (training prior to store opening)
Qualifications
Salaried Management background in known concepts with solid training
Managers with a mix of FOH and BOH experience highly desired
Ability to drive sales
Prime candidates will have experience and good tenure in past employment
Proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards
Experience with Training & Professional DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
