Litigation Secretary The candidate' will provide litigation secretarial support to three attorneys with employment litigation matters and provide support to other attorneys as needed. Prepare/revise legal documents. Maintain calendars, attorney time entry, expense reimbursement system, travel arrangements and other administrative functions. Open new client matters; organize and maintain client documents, including both paper and electronic documents. Transcribe electronic dictation, schedule depositions, and communicate with clients. Assist with court filings through the e-filing system. Other duties as assigned. The candidate' should have High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred. Should have 4 years recent law firm experience supporting litigation attorneys; Employment and Labor Litigation a plus. Strong typing, organizational, and communication skills are required. Must have strong working knowledge of Office 2010 Suite, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Solid knowledge of court procedures required, including e-filings in federal and state courts are required. Must be proficient with Word Styles, Track Changes, and generating Tables of Authorities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
