Enrollment Specialist

Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is looking for an Enrollment Specialist for our Dallas, TX client on a contract basis.
Position
Summary:
Initiate, complete, and deliver required EDI enrollment applications to client customers. Effectively communicate any issues noted during the enrollment process to the department manager/Enrollment Coordinator. Update enrollment materials as needed.
Responsibilities of Position:
Complete EDI Claim and ERA enrollment forms based on information from Enrollment Coordinator/Implementation Coordinator.
Forwards EDI/ERA enrollment and sets reasonable expectations for approvals regarding enrollment as specified by trading partner agreements. Provides systematic status updates to customer and internal team regarding approval, as well as update tracking tools for enrollment.
Additional duties may be required as assigned.
Availability for the after hour and weekend work is a plus.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Required
1
year data-entry experience required; preferably in healthcare
General proficiency in office automation, database applications and the internet is required.
A punctual self-starter with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Superb customer service aptitude with the ability to manage customer's expectations and the evolving needs of a technology/service organization.
Effective oral and written communication skills with positive attitude.
