Overview:

He or she is viewed as a subject matter expert on a wide variety of human resources disciplines including associate relations, performance management, and legal compliance. 2
years of Human Resources Generalist experience with demonstrated progression in supporting increasingly complex client groups and business lines.
Responsibilities:
The Specialist Level works on assignments that are diverse in nature where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals in accordance with established policies. Exercises judgement within generally defined procedures and practices, with the ability to determine best methods and procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Good problem solving, organizational, and communication skills, plus knowledge of state and federal laws regarding Human Resources, are also required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
Support/partner with VP level and above
Firm understanding of other HR disciplines:
Compensation/Total Rewards, Recruiting, Employment Law, HRIT, Benefits, Training and Development
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS systems
Must effectively build relationships in a virtual environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
