Seeking an individual to come work and grow with us! The Benefits Analyst will be first point of contact for our associates and new hires and will be responsible for assisting with questions on a range of HR topics to include primarily benefits but also payroll, employee relations, leave of absences, etc.
Position is excellent for a recent college graduate or anyone wanting to learn and grow within HR!
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities include:
Responding to calls and emails from our employee community pertaining to health and welfare plans, payroll, etc.
Administers and communicates the company's benefits and HR programs
Maintain employee information in HRIS database
Evaluates benefit programs through research, surveys, and analysis to ensure plans are competitive.
Conduct benefit plan audits to ensure benefits are in compliance
Qualifications:

years of Benefits Experience Required Advanced MS Excel skills Required (Preferably with knowledge of v-lookup tables) Requires a Bachelor's degree ideally in Human Resources or related Great written and verbal communication skills required Demonstrable problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills are also required Desire to learn and grow!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
