The Quality Advisor participates with other senior managers to establish tactical and some strategic plans and objectives. Makes decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations and achievements are effective. Works on highly complex assignments that require evaluation of intangible factors. Exercises judgment to develop techniques and criteria for obtaining results. Errors have serious impact on overall success of functional, division or company operations.

Responsibilities:
The Advisor level regularly interacts with executives and customers. Resolves controversial situations, customer negotiations and influences/persuades senior management. May direct activities of one or several broad functional areas for revenue, customer relationship management, budgets, planning, implementing and maintaining costs, methods and employees.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education. 4-6 years of supervisory or management experience preferred. Six Sigma Certification(Blackbelt preferred) Experience with Service Desk and IT Outsourcing environment Requires the leadership ability to change thinking, or gain acceptance in sensitive situations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
