You must live in the USA and join our client on a Full time basis in their offices in Texas (Dallas) or Virginia (Richmond).

As a Director of Identity Management, you will lead, deliver and operate large, complex digital security delivery programs for identity management and adaptive authentication. You will be able to set the direction and enable delivery for innovative security capabilities and build out the next generation of resiliency. You will communicate these strategies across IT teams and foster collaboration across IT and business areas to realize these strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the strategic direction of identity management capabilities and vendors: RSA - Access Manager and Adaptative Authentication, 41st parameter, Silvertail
-Design and formulate the plans for resilient infrastructure for these capabilities
-Stay connected with advancements in digital security, both vendor and open source communities
-Assess use cases for OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
-Will supervise 3-4 sprint teams and their technical delivery
-Will partner with Digital Customer Protection Information Security to look at next generation of online security defenses.
-Is able to work in a matrixed organization, effectively communicating strategy and vision
- Manage large, complex, IT digital security programs to deliver, enhance, and operate solutions and drive integration for our online presence
Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- At least 5 year of experience leading and implementing a seamless integration of customer identities across platforms; single sign on
At least 5 years of experience leading identity management and multi-factor authentication architecture and delivery for a Fortune 500. THIS IS THE KEY AND YOU MUST HAVE THIS
- At least 5 years of experience in Personnel Management
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 10 Years of experience in People/Personnel Management
- 10 Years of experience in Information Security Operations and Management
- 5 years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)
- 10 Years of experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructureEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
