Overview:
The EUE Solution Architect presents Portfolio services presentations to clients, solutions their content areas in support of Solution Director opportunities, collaborates with the Portfolio team on planning and related activities, and focuses on training and other experiential activities to become very knowledgeable about the Portfolio services. Additionally, this position interacts closely with service delivery groups to understand delivery capabilities, gain approval for solutioning approaches, and provide feedback on operational effectiveness.
In collaboration with the Portfolio team and other groups, the Solution Architect helps create and update supporting documents and other artifacts such as Portfolio presentations, related proposal content, costing/pricing models, and SOW templates.
The Solution Architect is expected to continuously improve their knowledge and skillsets by staying abreast of industry trends, participating in certification training, experiencing delivery processes, and seeking exposure to Portfolio content areas.
EUE KNOWLEDGE AREAS INCLUDE SOLUTIONS FOR:
Lifecycle Device Support for PCs, Tablets, SmartPhones, Network Printers, Point-of-Sale, and similar systems, Onsite support (dedicated, dispatch, and depot models) covering Break-Fix/Software Support/IMACD events, Image Mgmt/Application Packaging/Software Distribution, Mobile Device Management, and Deployment Projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates closely with Portfolio team by participating in planning processes and related activities, contributing to Portfolio documents and artifacts, and reviewing successful client delivery in assigned Portfolio areas. Provide pre-sales support through Portfolio presentations and discussions with prospective clients or new opportunities. Assist Solution Directors by providing solutioning support including proposal reviews, solutioning assigned Portfolio services, and overseeing opportunity-specific costing/pricing model approach (assumptions, input parameters, tactical and strategic pricing options, etc.) Practice continuous learning through industry webinars, vendor certifications, manufacturer training, reviewing existing client delivery, gaining experiential exposure to company toolsets and delivery teams, and working closely with Portfolio SMEs. Participate in creation and update of services documents such as Portfolio presentations, costing/pricing models, template SOWs, and related items Participate in key vendor and partner meetings to support new initiatives Participate in Solution Services projects as may be assigned to support continuous improvement in the solutioning organization
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of sales experience in a managed services and/or technical sales environment selling directly to customers, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must be able to prepare and deliver proposals and presentations in support of sales opportunities. Requires the knowledge and the skills to determine appropriate solution approach and pricing strategies for Portfolio services. Has advanced knowledge of company services, business functions, policies, and procedures. Ability to manage multiple opportunities. Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills in order to develop and maintain positive customer relations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
