CompuCom is a leading provider of enterprise hardware and software solutions in the US and Canada. We are currently looking for an energetic individual to lead our Strategic Partner (Apple) business development efforts for the company.
The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a single point of contact for Partner related programs. position is responsible for the overall US Relationship with Apple. This individual will act as the partner expert, responsible for the development, implementation, and support of the company's vendor relations and marketing activities. They will ensure CompuCom is meeting Operational and Technical requirements to guarantee that CompuCom maximizes all available incentive programs. This individual will attend vendor conferences and seminars to communicate OEM business strategy, technologies/offerings and marketing programs, and provide support to sales, vendor partners and other internal departments at multiple management levels.

Responsible for the overall partner relationship, including: strategic planning, developing strategies to increase sales, revenue and marketing growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service the customer. Act as a subject matter expert on partner programs, processes and systems as they relate to incentive programs and educate sales and management on how to maximize the programs. Administer pipeline and ensure registration of qualified opportunities in partners system Maintain internal sales and technical support resources and web sites. Manage partner account and ensure CompuCom maintains compliance in targeted competencies. Work with partner team and marketing team to create training and sales readiness plans. Work with contract management team to ensure CompuCom is prepared to respond to an audit and is maximizing annual renewals Maintain all appropriate certifications and authorizations to ensure that mutual company and OEM goals are met. Develops concepts and plans to grow areas of the business that are a strategic focus for the company. Develop marketing plans for partner in conjunction with marketing team that outline target customer segments, products, promotions, positioning and complete launch plans. Serves as an escalation point for operational issues that must be resolved to avoid negatively impacting the relationship. Be the single point of contact for the partner and bring in resources from marketing, product, and support as necessary. Keep up to date on market trends and new products. Maintains knowledge of company products and services, and products available in the market. Educate teams as necessary on new product introductions, transitions, competitive advantages, and opportunities to identify sales within their customer base. Understand and communicate partner organizational structure with key decision makers and foster executive relationships. Responsible for obtaining and tracking funding, developing training and engagement programs to include MOU's between CompuCom and Partner and ensures that CompuCom remains viewed as a key go to partner. Tracks program results, market share, goals, and sales out. Responsible for proper tracking, ROI, and disbursement according to OEM partner guidelines Develops ideas, opportunities, and collateral that promote awareness of the partner and its products and services.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
