-Conducting phone sales and on-site consultations (businesses and homes) -Handling customer service calls -Project design and management -Coordinating, planning and procuring products for our installers ==
Qualifications:
-General and technical familiarity with multimedia and home entertainment products and systems -Strong verbal/written communications and customer service skills a must (need to be a people person) -Experience and/or strong capabilities in customer problem/dispute resolution ==PAY RATE:
