Physician's, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitoners WANTED
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and independent clinician, serving the geriatric and adult population.
Practitioners will be working autonomously in the patient home for history taking, physical examination, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic medical issues, as well as comprehensive physical exams.
Applicants must have:
Active, unrestricted license to practice in state of Texas Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in their highest level of education Home care or home visit experience a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
