Sky Canyon by Stephan Pyles has a career opportunity for an exceptional FOH Manager that has a can do attitude.
This position will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with day to day operations and maintaining Chef Pyles' highest commitment to quality food preparation and style.

2-5 years minimum full service management experience in a high volume, fast paced, upscale establishment Knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures Supervising FOH staff Inventory & ordering Management of labor & food costs Must have strong communication skills Food Manager Serve Safe Certification Ability to hire, lead and motivate a team Hands-on management style High energy and upbeat Organization and acumen to operate in a high volume airport environment Must have flexible schedule, good availability for morning and evening shifts plus weekends and be able to pass a thorough background check.
