Job Description:
Primary Responsibility:
Enrollment of Rental Homes into the ARPS System, with an assumption that the majority of these homes would be purchasing at least one service, likely Maintenance, to begin.
Duties:
75% Prospecting (phoning, networking) 20% Presentations (phone and in person) 5% Administrative Target Audience:
90% Landlords 15% Large, over 50 Units 10% Referral Channel Development, especially intra-Real Estate Requirements:
B2B sales skills and personality.
Clean background.
College Experience.
Moderate Technology skills.
Compensation & Commitment:
Base Salary, DOE.
One-Time Enrollment bonus per home.
Recurring Revenue commission of 4% of revenue created.
ARPS will fund, if needed, all or part of the expenses of the Broker firm created.
