Responsibilities You will perform opening & closing duties, daily kitchen line checks, and daily safe audits in addition to all other daily job duties.
Have a proactive Management style that addresses all problems concerning our guests, employees or vendors in a positive manner.
Schedule, train, discipline & perform monthly evaluations of all FOH team members.
Maintain budgets & control costs of the restaurant.
Weekly inventory of the bar and periodic inventories of bar, retail, glassware & TABC certifications.
