Have at least 7 years' experience in public accounting; strong preference for Big 4 or large regional firm experience.

Possess advanced income tax accounting knowledge.

Be able to function in a fast:
paced and interactive team environment.

Have outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Possess a desire to succeed and build something of value.
