Knowledge Building and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction.
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry, and their applications.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, repair, and maintenance.
Ability to find alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems in the field.
Ability to understand and communicate written information in work related documents.
Ability to work in a Team Atmosphere with a Positive Attitude a must.
Clean driving and criminal record a must.
Abilities Needs to be able to lift up to 75lbs.
Pay Rate:
entry level - hourly, depending on experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
