Service Manager / Assistant Manager ________________________________________ We are looking for a talented Service Manager and Assistant Manager in Dallas, TX to support our growing concept.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Continuously uphold outstanding food quality and standards Monitor and improve food and labor cost systems Prepare daily production list Place food and supply orders Complete line-checks to ensure all stations are stocked with necessary equipment Maintain a clean and organized back of the house operation Manage scheduling for back of house team members Motivate, supervise and coach kitchen team members Ensure superior quality of recipes and portions control ________________________________________ JOB REQUIREMENTS Be 21 years of age.
Analyze P&L statements Professional presentation and demeanor The ability to think quick on your feet & multi-task is a must Possess excellent communication skills.
Must possess basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Be able to communicate, verbally and in writing, in the predominant language of the restaurant's trade area.
A strong knowledge of our POS system.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week.
