Human Resources Business Partner - Midwest/Southwest
The Human Resources Business Partner acts as an advocate and strategic partner to support and grow the business in assigned divisions.
This position manages human resources activities in all areas of employment practices, including leadership and support in employee relations, policies and regulations; and works to minimize organization's legal liabilities.
The Human Resources Business Partner also works with operations, recruiting, and training to ensure that the right people are hired, new hires are properly trained, and key talent is developed.
Responsibilities Partner with operational leaders to execute the performance appraisal process and merit increase program Recognize performance issues in a timely manner and partner with store leadership to develop action plans for resolution Collaborates with pay, benefits, recruiting, and training to ensure policies, standards, and processes are being followed Qualifications Preferred degree In Human Resources Management, Business (or related subject) 5
