Quality Control Supervisor - Fep Executive Search (Dallas, TX)
Company Description Job Description Our client is a leading meat industry and is currently seeking an accomplished Quality Control Supervisor to join the team.
Here is an overview of the role:
1) Operate within SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) 3) Conduct periodic reviews of existing QA policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective and up to date 5) Improve process repeatability on the production floor 6) Co-ordinate and carry out required environmental swabbing and trend analysis 7) Conduct training assessment and verification for product and / or process changes for production 8) Develop, co-ordinate and direct all quality functions to reduce and / or eliminate product quality failures on the production floor 10) Accompany third party auditors, customers, regulatory agencies on plant visits and inspections 11) Enforce the cleanliness and operational sanitation of the processing plant 12) Support / lead special QC projects as needed 13) Ensure production startups, shut downs and change over meet the requirements of SOPs 14) Maintain the communication between the production team and QC team 15) Facilitate the internal auditing program to ensure that deficiencies are corrected properly 17) Enforce the quality specifications for each product through the quality technicians 18) Perform product failure trend analysis and implement corrective actions 19) Recommend new product line specifications More questions?
