Develop and manage area OPERON sales funnel on Salesforce; prepare and submit monthly reports showing sales volume, projected sales, territory funnel maintenance and areas of opportunity with regards to the OPERON table line.
:
Train sales reps to sell OPERON line independently.
:
Develop Best Practices for Table Trials :
Develop Best Practices for training sales reps on OPERON Line.
:
Displays or demonstrates product, emphasizes salable features and trials; advises customers on equipment for given need based on technical and clinical knowledge of OPERON products.
:
Prospects current customers for additional OPERON accessory sales.
:
Assist in garnering OPERON trials; manage OPERON trial inventory and mix.
:
Participate in trade shows and exhibits.
:
Monitors, evaluates, and reports activities and products of the competition :
Must be available to work extended hours to meet time availability demands of hospital clients including 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
:
Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which include the following:
o must be able to sustain a work load consisting of exerting 50lbs minimum of force overhead frequently, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force regularly and or greater than negligible up to ten pounds of force constantly to move objects; o possess dexterity to demonstrate the use of BERCHTOLD products; o occasionally pushing, pulling, or lifting equipment, stooping, crouching, climbing, twisting or crawling to reach areas not easily accessed; o occasionally performing manual labor for extended periods of time under unfavorable and/or extreme conditions; Qualifications/Work
