Card Services Representative and Inbound Customer Care Representative Responsibilities Compliance/Operations :
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and Comericas policies and procedures.
Card Services :
Resolve customer disputes such as unauthorized card transactions, merchant processing disputes, authorization declines and ATM discrepancies.
Troubleshoot and resolve Check Card processing issues with emphasis on customer service.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) :
2 years customer service experience (3 years for Card Services Representative) Online Banking Agent and Sales Agent Responsibilities Compliance/Operations :
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and Comericas policies and procedures.
Online Banking Service :
Troubleshoot and resolve on:
line and mobile banking issues with emphasis on customer service.
