Job Description Reports directly to:
VP of Supply Chain Minimum
Qualifications:
o Must be a U.
S.
citizen or have the required authorization to work in the U.
S.
Must be able to read, write and speak English o Preferred 1 year bakery manufacturing experience.
o Preferred 1 year customer service experience.
o Must have exemplary organization skills.
o Must have basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred experience and knowledge of Questys, Tracegains, Intelex and icix systems.
o Must be capable of maintaining accurate records.
o Must have good communication skills.
o Must be self-reliant, capable to work with minimal supervision Job
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
o Sort by priority and electronically file CoAs.
o Process and file inbound reports.
Verifying documents for product delivered have been received.
o Input CoAs to Intelex for customers.
o Receive copies of BOLs daily, enter into Tracegains CoAs for all items shipped.
o Receive and match invoices to previously entered BOLs.
o Receive and Review proof of deliveries (PODs) for damages and other delivery notes.
Distribute to Transportation Team.
o File invoices and PODs.
o Back-up and support with non-CoA Supplier Documents o Implementing and enforcing adherence to GMP practices.
o Enforcing all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
