La Bodega - Order Planner
General
Summary:
This position is integral to the operations functions.
It implies that they are aware of time constraints and can perform multiple tasks to meet established time frames.
Order planners must manage, analyze, and troubleshoot daily purchase orders from our WMS system to complete on time and in order with the established operations process.
Essential Job Functions:
Basic understanding of WMS and SAP programs Troubleshoot and correct data in WMS Data and inventory analysis Assist the inventory team with any issues so orders are completed correctly Work effectively with the forklift drivers team to ensure orders are completed in order and on time Work closely with managers and supervisor team.
Have excellent communication Carry out duties and responsibilities in a positive manner, and in a spirit of cooperation and support for others Able to solve problems under pressure Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The incumbent must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities required for satisfactory performance.
Skills:
Superior analytical and computer skills.
ERP system experience required.
Advanced Excel Skills Superior teamwork skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Mindset of Continuous Improvement.
Strong leadership skills coupled with willingness to be hands-on.
(Senior) Ability to be flexible and be able to handle change easily Personal Attributes:
Honesty and Integrity Commitment Enthusiasm Education and Experience.
Previous experience as a warehouse receiver/auditor preferred.
