Product Owner
Description The Product Owner is responsible for defining competitive market requirements, identifying opportunities and developing the business case for improvement.
Leads the project team to execute enhancements and market the product that ensures the competitiveness of existing products.
Understands customer's needs for the product and optimizes the experience and deliver to drive key performance indications (KPI)s.
Leverages market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer research, and feedback.
Define competitive market requirementsIdentify opportunities and developing business casesLeads collaboration team to execute enhancements, manage and prioritize product roadmapReviews research and understands customers' needs.
Translates customer needs and wants into requirements and shepherd requirement through to delivery through collaboration with Product TeamDrive key performance indicators (KPI)s and consistently monitors themConsults with Revenue Owner and other business partners to understand current and future business needsPrepares presentations, presents, and communicates complex concepts to a diverse audiencePosition will office at ANBTX headquarters in Terrell, TX (30 miles east of downtown Dallas)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT or equivalent work experience; graduate degree preferredProject Management experience in all phases of the project life-cycle from definition to build, deploy and developAgile Project Management experience preferred5 years of experience in financial services product managementSkills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to perform simple math and carry out written instructionsWorking conditions are generally favorable.
Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the positionLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
