The Sr.
Financial Analyst, Supply Chain - Planning and Analysis coordinates and executes plan, forecast, and financial reporting and analysis across the business.
This role supports Finance leadership and the business segment to provide meaningful insights from financial results and leverage them to advance future expectations.
This role is a member of the Supply Chain Finance team, reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Finance.
Job Components:
Provide support for the financial management of Transportation & Warehouse and Inventory Planning, accounting for $100 million in working capital and associated costs and operating expenses.
Prepare analytics around drivers of Transportation, including actionable volume, rate, and mix analytics Generate variance analysis on operating expenses and share results with cost center owners Provide analysis on Inventory DOH, Inventory Obsolescence, and Volume throughput Provide timely and accurate periodic reporting of actual performance versus planned/forecast expectations and prior year performance.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to present insightful explanations of variances and recommendations on risks and opportunities to the plan and/or forecasts Prepare financial results and decks for Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews Coordinate the financial planning cycle including collection, consolidation, preparation, and maintenance of data, models, and schedules related to the planning cycle Execute the annual process for budgeting and quarterly forecasting of Transportation and Warehouse operating expenses, Inventory adjustments, and working capital; ensure a detailed level of accuracy; partner with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to ensure alignment across targets Work to identify key risks and opportunities to plan and/or forecasts Identify trends not consistent with plan and/or forecasts Provide additional ad-hoc analysis and support as required by Finance leadershipDevelop robust business models, complex financial analysis, and valuation assessments Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required 3
years of professional accounting or finance experience preferred Strong communication skills Developing analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently but also capable of working in a team environment Strong interpersonal, customer service, telephone, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient in the utilization of MS products (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Experience with SAP and Oracle/JD Edwards E-One is desirable Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and working with large data sets is preferred Work Environment :
Very limited travel, if any.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
