Commercial Collections Specialist

Do you have commercial collections experience? If so, our client needs you for a long term temporary position!This position is set to last at least 6 months.
There is a possibility of conversion depending on performance and how the team looks.
Compensation:
$19-22/hr DOEThis position is onsite for 2 weeks of training and then hybrid with 2 days a week onsite.
Duties:
Responsible for all aspects of collections on assigned accounts Research and reconciliation of open AR to identify and resolve past due of invoices Effectively handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50
daily) Negotiate payment arrangements Initiate collections of past due items via telephone and email Participate in special projects Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a commercial collection's role Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong problem-solving skills SAP experience a plus PrideStaff(North Dallas location) is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
