Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYnThe Coordinator-Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (BQA) is accountable for the successful collection, planning and completion of many projects and programs that help the ongoing development of an effective, clinically integrated physician network for Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance.
Helps with the preparation of various reports and data, maintaining files and financial reports, conducting special projects and preparing spreadsheets and documents.
Position requires proven ability to multi-task, exceptional data skills, and drive needed to help projects to completion.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; and initiative to respond to requests quickly, clearly and accurately.
nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEnnHelp BQA operations and network development activities by coordinating and executing projects that help the organizations needs.
nUse various software applications to maintain related documentation.
nCommunicate effectively with many internal and external stakeholders, including physicians and the public; partner with other internal BSWH departments on an ongoing basis (finance, credentialing, contracting, MSO, etc).
nProactively help the administration and leadership of BQA as well as others within and outside the department, including handling communication that may be of a confidential and or delicate nature.
nCoordinate and implement web site information updates and revisions to the BQA internal & external sites; and leverage internal communication systems.
nPrepare correspondence, requisitions, check requests, articles, reports, budgets, financial and statistical reports, and maintain minutes of all meetings.
nEstablish and maintain departmental recordkeeping and filing systems.
nHelps in development and implementation of procedures within BQA to maximize workflow and ensure accuracy of records and reports.
nGive BQA with innovative ideas that may help in developing/changing systems to improve efficiency.
