Summary:
Provides cross-functional internal support to Riddell Sports institutional sales force and Riddell InSite Analytics team in a variety of roles working with the SouthWest sales region, Advanced Technology sales rep & end user.
Assist with maintaining and enhancing communications with current and prospective Riddell InSite customers.
Serve as a direct support resource for internal InSite Analytics in developing and coordinating product training for InSite users, as well as Riddell Sales Reps.
Troubleshoot issues in the field and actively find solutions to maintain engagement across all levels of play.
Position is remote but based in Texas.
Job Duties:
Provide support to Riddell sales force and customers using Riddell InSite helmets, InSite Analytics & Scanning/Verifyt services Manage interactions with current Riddell InSite users to expand sales and future engagement with InSite Analytics subscriptions services Assist with identifying, engaging & presenting to prospects in institutional and non-academic third-party target markets Take ownership of account base to maintain engagement year round Participates in InSite opportunity events and represent the InSite Analytics team at target market opportunity events both regionally and nationally (IE:
Clinics, Symposiums, and Conferences) Travels up-to 80% based on ability to get up to speed quickly Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University Minimum (2 years) of Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Account Management and Sales Support Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to effectively present to different audiences Ability to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve issues quickly Flexible personality, and open to learning Desired:
Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity Proven examples of creatively taking a complex business idea and driving it to something tangible High-energy, results-focused self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently within deadlines Passion for sports with a focus on football.
