The Customer Exp erience Planning Consultant supports our Purpose by managing the technology needs of the Marketing & Customer Experience o rganization as well as driving high visibility deliverables to support Southwest Leadership.
This r ole also serve s as a central point of contact for all g overnance related requests for the Marketing, Travel Products, Customer Experience and Digital, and Customer Engagement Departments.
The Customer Experience Planning Consultant is a skilled communicator and strategic thinker who looks forward to working cross- functionally and making a meanin gful imp act on the experience of Southwest Customers.

Job Summary Collaborate across the Customer Experience Organization to lead the planning and documentation support of the comprehensive Plan, including high priority initiatives, ongoing strategies, and infrastructure-related projects.
Maintain responsibility for socializing and bringing awareness of planning timelines, processes, and governance needs to applicable Team, Department, and Department Planners.
Support management of the Portfolio's Leadership and Executive governance forums.
Responsibilities Develop or compile content to support facilitation of Customer Portfolio's governance forums Drive standardization of planning processes as applicable across department and Portfolio Planners Assist with the building, tracking, planning and socialization of the comprehensive CX Plan, including identifying risks, opportunities, and mapping to the proper KPI's Assist with monitoring risks, issues and scope and ensure the appropriate level of escalation is in place, including work across the organization with other project Leaders to ensure the CX plan is well integrated in commercial and operational plans Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout commercial and operational teams to drive results May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations Ability to deliver a high volume of Executive-level presentations in short periods of time Ability to drive cross-functional alignment amongst all Leadership levels (Officer, Director, Manager) Ability to manage a high volume of fast-paced and quickly-changing details and requests from multiple Leaders regarding Customer and cross-functional governance Ability to quickly make sense of, combine, and organize information into meaningful patterns Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED Experience Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
Strategic planning Managing cross-functional projects or portfolio planning Cross-functional coordination Executive-level storytelling Developing strategies, plans, and decisions, and communicating them to executive leadership Licensing/Certification N/A Physical Abilities Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job Other Qualifications Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Must be a U.

Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $102,500 - $113,900 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
