Performs a wide variety of office duties as necessary and provides administrative support for reservations agents.
What you'll do Coordinates training and team meetings Handles timekeeping for reservations agents Processes vacation change requests Processes shift swaps among reservation agents Manages ordering office supplies, updating manuals Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from automated data bases Completes other administrative tasks as assigned All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalency or equivalent experience/training Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience N/A Skills, Licenses & Certifications Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines Must be self-motivated Ability to handle multiple tasks at once Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
