Machine Operation Operates Saw, Router, Joiner and/or Mat Cutter according to procedures Cross-trains on all machines to be fully versatile in all aspects of machine operations Cuts, fits, assembles, packages, and ships frame/mat fillet orders Cross-trains and at times, works in Picking and Fillet Enters order information in computer system Cleans equipment as required to ensure safety and accuracy Performs required maintenance; replaces worn parts (blades, bits, etc.
) as appropriate and required Product Quality Calibrates equipment as appropriate to produce high quality materials Meets or exceeds quality standards set by management Alerts management of machine issues that may affect quality Performs inspection of work completed for visible defects or quality issues Completes re-cuts or re-work immediately Safety & Organization Maintains a clean work area for safe and efficient operation Inspects equipment to ensure safe operations Follows all safety requirements for machine operations Wears appropriate safety equipment at all times Minimum Education High School Diploma, G.
