The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
Maintain an up-to-date contact list of important stakeholders and clients.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.
Monitor emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
