Successfully, migrated Executives and their administrative assistants to AirWatch, Office 365, and Multi-factor Authentication with Microsoft.
Researches and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues with Cisco VOIP Phones, Mac computers, PCs, iPhones, iPads, and Microsoft products such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and others; Office 365, OS - Windows 7, 8, and 10.
Image and reimages computers through PXE Server.
Experienced in Active Directory - creates and manages user and devices accounts, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange.
Logs, and effectively tracks, close IT tickets in alignment with the SLA active through ServiceNow.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
