Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a proven Mfg.
Operations Superintendent for 2nd shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES Will be responsible for ensuring the coordinating of production requirements are being met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Will be responsible for increasing productivity and efficiency in all production departments.
Will be responsible for safety and quality awareness across all production departments.
Responsible for Safety and Environmental reporting during shift operations.
Analyze, develop, and implement countermeasures for current and futures process procedures.
Improve processes and quality across all business units.
Lead and support cost reduction projects, kaizen projects, and 5S projects plant wide.
Carry out requests from Departmental managers and report progress.
Responsible for Safety of all employees and Environmental Compliance Responsible for reporting shift productivity (Target vs Actual) across all departments daily, weekly, and monthly.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree required Minimum of five years of management or supervisory experience.
Prefer a track record managing 100 plus employees Steel or aluminum Foundry experience Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
Spanish proficiency is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
