THIS ROLE REQUIRES OPEN SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY (TO ACCEPT ANY ASSIGNED SHIFT, INCLUDING:
SHIFT 1, SHIFT 2, SHIFT 3, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS) MUST RESIDE IN THE DALLAS AREA WITHIN REASONABLE COMMUTE DISTANCE FROM OUR CORPORATE OFFICE, AS NEW HIRE TRAINING IS CONDUCTED ON SITE FOR THE FIRST 3 WEEKS.
ALTHOUGH THE POSITION IS REMOTE AFTER TRAINING, ON SITE ATTENDANCE WILL BE REQUIRED AT VARIOUS TIMES FOR VARIOUS REASONS.

Common requests include destination assistance, consumer research, administrative/clerical tasks, reservation booking, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements.

We are actively seeking a group of 4 new team members to join our diverse and inclusive team in our upcoming new hire training class, which will commence on October 23, 2023.
Be sure to check the list below to determine whether you may be the ideal candidate! Maestro provides inbound call center support for various clients, primarily in the automotive industry.
Representatives provide support for Mitsubishi Connect by assisting new and existing subscribers with registration, account and subscription management, SOS/emergency calls, Automatic Collision Notifications, reporting emergencies to Public Safety personnel, Tracking Stolen Vehicles and working with law enforcement in recovery of stolen vehicles, remotely locking or unlocking vehicles, mobile app usage questions, and escalation of tech support tickets as needed.
Support is also provided for Destination Assistance calls from Infiniti Connection/InTouch, Nissan Connect and Subaru STARLINK subscribers.
Customers with active subscriptions to these services can reach our center from their vehicle's infotainment system to retrieve destinations downloaded from our call center to their navigation in mere moments.
And, that's just the tip of the iceberg.
These subscribers can also reach our center via cell phone, text message, email, or app to submit a wide variety of PERSONAL CONCIERGE requests that can range anywhere from simple appointment setting or reminder calls to elaborate vacation planning, helping find the perfect event tickets, making dinner reservations, or even consumer research.
