7-4 or 8-5 M-F GENERAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and USPS mail related to applications for premise designations. This includes reviewing and mailing of forms and proactive engagement with customers via a phone call to validate information and communicate next steps. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Respond to email applications for special premise designations.
Review of forms validations of pertinent information and approving or denying applications based on specified criteria.
Perform proactive outreach to applicants if needed to verify next steps or missing information.
Printing and mailing of forms.
Report in-person to work location daily during normal business hours. Interact with employees and other representatives to resolve complex issues. Ability to multitask by using various systems. Achieve and maintain required metrics and quality requirements established for the position.
Additional project responsibilities as required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent college classes preferred. OTHER KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to convey a positive concerned and professional image and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel co-workers and subordinates.
Excellent written and verbal skills customer service experience preferred.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Microsoft Office Skills Word Excel Pay Range:
$22.00 - $23.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
