Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Perform data entry to update customer information and maintain accurate records - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products or services
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy - Experience with outbound calling and phone etiquette - Proficient in English; bilingual skills (e.
