What you'll achieveThe ideal candidate will be an expert in their field and will have a demonstrated history of building leading practice insider risk management programs within large and complex global enterprises.
Beyond subject matter expertise, successful candidates will also possess strong communication and interorganizational skills.
You will:
Lead complex, high visibility insider risk projects involving global team members and stakeholders Support development of program strategy and conduct risk assessments Develop and implement process and enabling technology to support insider risk best practices Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and that programs appropriately balance privacy, ethical, legal, and corporate cultural standards Define detection methods, risk models, and use cases supporting the discovery of accidental or malicious activities by insiders that would violate corporate policy or cause harm to Dell Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Essential Requirements 8-10 years or more of sustained excellence in insider risk, investigations, or a related field Experience in developing or running a large-scale insider risk management program Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders Ability and willingness to work non-standard hours, and travel as required U.
