Training Technologist, Ops Security - SRI
This role will pay a pivotal role in further the development of security education training and awareness (SETA) programs across WWOPs.
The SETA program currently owns the creation, localization, deployment, and content management of all security education training and awareness content across all of WWOPs in conjunction with Security Risk Insights.
This program will drive the successful adoption of new and existing security policies, standards, tools, controls, and support the development of the diverse talent that exists, ensuring security is at the core of every function, shifting the mental model of a toward security culture.
Key job responsibilitiesThe individual in this role will collaborate with stakeholders to support the design, development, implementation, and management of security education training and awareness as a protective mechanism to reduce risks within WWOPs.
Key job responsibilitieso Coordinate with team members to develop, build, and run innovative security education, training, and awareness initiatives that drive best practice adoption and identify human-based risks using a combination of interactive learning experiences and simulation-based trainingo Provide technical support for SETA programs that enhance the efficiency of those programs, and drive third-party engagement where neededo Develop program enhancements and coordinate with key stakeholders on the execution of those enhancementso Establish and report relevant metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to communicate status and demonstrate progress of program performanceo Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and partners to improve the quality of security awareness training throughout the organizationo Continuously identify, assess, measure and monitor program value and iterate to increase effectivenesso Plan and support the execution of our blended learning (instructor led training both in-class and virtual, and eLearning) classes and programs for new hires, new skills (cross-training), continuing education, and refreshers as necessary for global associates.
About the teamThe Purpose of the Security Risks Insights (SRI) Team is to define a single pane view of how we identify, measure, and prioritize risk for WWOPs; establish policies that provide management and operational controls to reduce risk and achieve regulatory compliance; generate awareness and deliver training to drive engagement and adoption of new security polices and key initiatives; assess controls to ensure our systems are secure; and use a risk lens to ensure security organizations use us measure.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Dallas, TX, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
