Dallas Westin Park Central Dallas Westin Park Central Dallas, TX Dallas, TX Full-time Full-time $15 - $16 an hour $15 - $16 an hour 9 hours ago 9 hours ago 9 hours ago Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel using the reservation system - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience - Perform night audit duties as required Requirements - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus - Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality management is preferred - Knowledge of phone systems and reservation software is an advantage - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, professionalism, and tact - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Note:
