As a Lead Investigator, Compliance you will be an individual contributor responsible for oversight and completion of Compliance investigation matters within the organization.
This role will partner with other departments (Human Resources, Security, Safety, etc) while investigating complex matters related to violations of company policy.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Act as the point of contact for advice and mentorship on investigation issues for your area of responsibility while reviewing, implementing, and providing training on compliance controls and corporate policies Conduct thorough, timely, and objective investigations into allegations of compliance policy violations, including leading witness interviews, reviewing, and analyzing documents, drafting investigative reports, and presenting investigation findings to stakeholders on these matters Serve primarily as a Lead investigator on domestic and international investigations, while providing reporting on and oversight of compliance policy matters within a case management system Supporting the GXO Ethics & Compliance team through the monitoring of risk management systems and supporting systems and controls, conducting risk assessments, and designing and implementing remedial and risk mitigation measures Apply consistent and repeatable process oversight while engaging stakeholders to understand monitoring activities, plans, processes, and associated controls for quality assurance with the different Compliance department areas What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in a related field 4
years of experience conducting investigations Experience with Navex EthicsPoint or equivalent case management software Experience with Microsoft Office Strong ability to convey findings, facts, and other information with excellent written and oral communication skills Strong emotional intelligence and conflict management skills Travel Requirement:
up to 25% It'd be great if you also have:
JD preferred 5
