Responsibilities:
Identify and drive strategic opportunities, partnerships, and investments in the technology sector.
Revitalize the strategic plan by discovering and spearheading innovative initiatives, ensuring the company attains its long-term strategic and financial objectives.
Lead the end-to-end execution of transactions, including negotiating terms, drafting agreements, and coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnerships, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the tech industry.
Corporate Development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 3-5
Years of Experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, and/or Private Equity.
Critical thinker with extensive analytical, financial, and business valuation skills.
Experience working on M&A-related transactions a plus.
