Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assist end-users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to IT systems, applications, and hardware.
Provide Technical support for Windows and MAC desktop and laptop computers, and iOS and Android devices.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers / computer hardware.
Should be proficient with MS Office 365 functionality and configuration.
Prefer exposure to MDM products - They are running Microsoft InTune in this environment While performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers Complete remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment Should have some prior experience with following written process instruction.
Help support patch management policies and update patches to ensure system security.
Utilize remote control tools such as VPN and Windows Remote Help, to assist users in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in technology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of one (1) or more years of experience in IT Customer Service/IT Tech Support is required.
Sound knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite products.
Solid exposure in personal computer hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, fax machines and other peripherals.
