Law Clerks will be supervised by our Partners and assisting our trial team with getting our cases ready for trial.
Law Clerks will be tasked with the following assignments:
Researching case law, statutes, and regulations to support our cases Background investigations Drafting medical record and billing record summaries Drafting discovery Drafting Motions Drafting trial and mediation PowerPoints Assisting in the preparation of Focus Groups and Mock Trials Assisting in the preparation of Jury Trials Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.
