Position Overview SecOps Senior Architect Requirements:
Essential Functions:
Exp 12Year
Should have experience as a solution architect supporting ServiceNow IRM Modules (Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, etc.
) Solution Analysis and Design experience- Business Architecture Requirements, Design and Technical architecture.
Required Skills:
The Solution Architect must have analytical and technical skills to assists in implementing business solutions.
The Solution Architect is also required to perform following tasks:
- Propose best practices for solution design Conducting workshops Business information gathering Development effort estimation Documentation of solution architecture aspects of the solution Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline ServiceNow GRC and IRM module implementation experience (like Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Third-Party Risk Management & Security Modules) Experience in designing solutions for large and complex customers.
Good Knowledge of ServiceNow data structure.
CSA/CIS Certification is Mandatory and CTA is a plus.
Below certifications are an advantage.
CIS - Risk and Compliance Implementation certification CIS Third-Party Risk Management Implementation certification CIS Security Incident Response Implementation certification CIS Vulnerability Response Implementation certification Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Comprehensive understanding and working experience in GRC domain and ServiceNow GRC module implementation, IRM application working experience.
Implementation certification of ServiceNow GRC and CTA is a plus.
Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow GRC platform and processes leveraging the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework.
Experience performing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services.
Strong knowledge and familiarity with Risk, Policy and compliance, Audit and Vendor risk management processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience.
Experience and knowledge of GRC various functions and cross skilled is a plus.
Knowledge of other GRC tools.
Experience of employee life cycle events Proven experience as GRC Architect, Consultant, administrator or other GRC position.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of ITIL framework.
