Fulltime PETADATA hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead Engineer.
Role &
Responsibilities:
The Ideal candidate should have overall responsibility for the delivery of internal tooling and system integrations for Customer Success and Sales/Sales Engineering organizations.
Work in Full lifecycle feature releasing:
design, development, test, documentation, and release.
Access and manage data in third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
Must collaborate with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
Participates in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and status.
Should be involved in custom development in support of Customer Experience delivery objectives.
Work closely with 's Product Management team to ensure we provide a native experience.
Works with the Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations.
Must be collaborating with BA/QA resources to support testing and perform defect fixes as needed.
Should conduct technical code reviews and unit testing.
Maintain a high-security posture within the salesforce platform and connected applications ecosystem.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain robust, complex, and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform; Provide event-driven integration solutions between Salesforce and Cogito.
Required Skills:
The Ideal candidate must be experienced with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein (including Next Best Action); Experience in collaborating with 's Product Management team is preferred, Need to be an expert in Lightning, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SOQL.
Proficiency with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technology such as Salesforce DX, Metadata API, ANT, Git, Flosum, etc.
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
Must have business Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution Strong experience in enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects Work experience in Event-Driven Architectures and Integration Approaches; Hands-on with React and Spring Boot preferred.
Good communication, verbal, and negotiation skills.
