Job Description:
The Technical Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersAbility to balance a program workload and staffing according to project/program and organizational priorities and goalsDeveloping complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documentsEffectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely mannerExperience with ERP / third party systems program management with SDLC experience.Identifying and mitigating risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skillsStrong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects Excellent leadership, people and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groupsExperience in managing Integration Projects where middleware tools like Dell Boomi, Data Bridge , Muelsoft etc are involved.Skills are required:
